With new rules in place in Alberta you can purchase an animal directly from the farm and do the work yourself or arrange the butchering yourself!
We do pricing based on current Hot Hanging Weight for Bison. The Hot Hanging weight is the weight of the Carcass after the hide, guts, hoofs and head are removed.
